Pushing 40 and doesn't have a pot to piss in

Contrary to his false and misleading claims of a younger age posted on many sites, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola will be turning 40 this year.

He claims to be able to "train" others to be successful real estate investors. But, as of this writing, has no personal real estate holdings. In fact, he rents his primary residence from his own sister.

Lies about his age in an effort to present himself as a young successful real estate investor, but owns no real estate.

Is this someone you want to retain to "train" you, or others, to be successful?

He's the epitome of "unsuccessful".

Donations

I often receive offers of compensation or donations from the many readers of my blogs, or posts on the numerous forums in which I participate.

Though I certainly appreciate such offers, I always decline. There are many reasons as to why, and this thread will explain one of them.

Some claims made by Robert Paisola

He claims to be an expert in "Personal Real Estate Investor Training". and "Rental Property Management"

However, recently his sister Lisa was in the market to purchase a 3rd home. She wasn't quite sure of the advantages and disadvantages of taking out a HELOC on her existing properties, or a stated loan for the full amount of the purchase of the new home.

Why would Lisa look for these answers from someone else rather than her brother Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola if he's such a real estate maven?

Interesting that Robert Paisola rents his residence from his sister Lisa. Seems as though Lisa is the one that's doing well in the real estate market, not Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola.

After many years of posts

I have actually changed my sig line on collectionindusty.com (The sight from which Paisola plagarized the domain collectionindustylive.com)

Let me be clear on this

Be prepared to be blown away!

Under Utah law, Western Capital has no standing to sue. Even if they did, copyrights for the material posted on robertpaisola.com belong to someone else.

Thanks to my many readers

Many of my readers have generously provided links to this blog. Because of that generosity, when anyone wants to research Western Capital and Robert Paisola, the will find this blog.

Google places this blog on the first page when combining the search terms "western capital" and "robert paisola".

Go ahead Rob, try it :-)

I wonder if Robert's last name is really "Plagarizer"

Even his famed signature Robert Paisola is driven by a passion for people-- was plagarized.

Compare http://www.engageselling.com/colleenfrancis.shtml

I can't wait to get my copy of the next edition of Conversations on Success.

How much of Paisola's websites are made from the work of others

One has to ask the question, how much of what Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola posts on his various websites is his own work, and how much is copied from others?

Here's an example from Robertpaisola.com: (click to enlarge)

Now, if you go to the website of noted motivational speaker James Arthur Ray http://jamesray.com/events/ you will note the verbage on Robertpaisola is simply identical to Mr. Rays.

If Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has the express permission of Mr. Ray , then he is perfectly free to copy it as he has. If he hasn't, then Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has, once again, violated the law.

I'll let you know the answer to that as soon as I hear back from Mr. Ray.

Conversations on Success

The book, Conversations on Success, co-authored by Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola and published by Insight Publishing is scheduled to be available this year.

According to the numerous contacts I've had with Insight Publishing's Senior Marketing Director, this would include availability at such places as Ingram, Baker & Taylor, Bowker, Barnes & Noble and Amazon.com.

Insight Publishing has been made aware of co-author Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola's criminal past, including his imprisonment for the possession of child pornography. And, apparenlty they're ok with that. To quote from one email from Insight Publishing's Senior Marketing Director "My impression of Mr. Paisola as been nothing but pleasant".

There is nothing illegal about them publishing a book co-authored by a felon. They're in business to make a profit, and how they choose to go about making a profit is up to them.

So now the question becomes; is Ingram, Baker & Taylor, Bowker, Barnes & Noble and Amazon.com. aware of this new information possessed by Insight Publishing? Not that Insight is under any obligation to inform them.

I suppose that is a question I should now pose to Ingram, Baker & Taylor, Bowker, Barnes & Noble and Amazon.com. And, I will.

When Uncle Normie says jump

Paisola asks: "how high?"

In less than an hour of my last post, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has had his registered domain name of walmartfinancialonline.com redirect to walmart.com

All in vain, however, as the re-direct html is easily discernable and the domain is still registered to him. Through a proxy service, but that's no obstacle to a court order.

Jump Rob, jump :)

Here's proof. Do a google search for walmartfinancialonline.com and here is what you'll see: (click to enlarge)

Click on "cached". When the cached site comes up, go to your IE tool bar. Click on view, source. You can now see the html as it was last cached by google on Jan 17, 2007.

Of course you can also email me as I have copies of everything.

Jump Rob, jump :)

Here's an interesting domain

http://www.walmartfinancialonline.com/ As you can see, it automatically forwards to westerncapitalfinancial.com, a domain registered by Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola.

I know how protective Wal-mart is of their name. And, rightly so. Considering they are the largest corporation in the world, someone will always be trying to tap the value of their brand as a resource.

Walmart owns literally hundreds of domains that contain various mis-spellings and variations of their highly valued trademark. Many were purchased outright as the internet grew, others were obtained through litigation against parties who sought to profit by pirating their trademark. A quick search of Pacer will reveal such court cases.

In addition to protecting it's trademark name, Wal-Mart strives to maintain a squeaky clean image. It's hard to imagine their growing financial services are somehow connected to a felon convicted for the possession of child pornography. But, maybe I'm wrong.

I suppose that's a question I should pose to Wal-Mart's general counsel Thomas Mars.

No such corporation in any state

As previously noted, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola claimed to be Chairman and CEO of Conversations on Success Enterprises, Inc.

According to my research, there is no such corporation registered in any state.

The Utah Revised Business Corporation Act makes anyone conducting business in Utah as a corporation that is not duly registered as a corporation, subject to a fine of $100.00 per day.

Since his websites are commercial in nature, the specific website was for selling his "training seminar" and inquires were directed to his Utah location, Utah statutes would apply to his activity as an unregistered corporation within that state.

So why would he claim to be a corporation that, according to the Utah Secretary of State's office, doesn't exist.

I suppose that's a question I should pose to the Utah State Attorney General.

International Profit Associates v. Paisola

http://www.chicagoiplitigation.com/tags/paisola/

I wonder if CNN is aware of Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola registering of CNNlegal.com, and uses that domain as one of his email addresses? I suppose that is a question I should pose to CNN's legal counsel.

Recent claims by Robert Paisola

Recently, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola claimed to be the founder of the book series Conversations on Success, and stated the following on his website:

Dear Achiever,

You may know me as the founder of the Conversations on Success® book series. But before I created even the first Conversations on Success book, I opened a national training company teaching Fortune 500 executives and everyday people alike how to be happier, more successful and more fulfilled in their lives.

However, something I missed previously is that Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola, convicted for the possession of child pornography, lists himself as the Chairman and CEO of Conversations on Success Enterprises, Inc. (click to enlarge image)

I checked with the Utah Secretary of State. There is no such corporation registered in the state of Utah. That doesn't mean that it might not be registered in another state (which I have being researched at the moment). But, given Paisola's history of padding his resume by affiliating himself with other people's trademarks without their authorization, I'm confident my research will reveal no such corporation exists listing him as CEO....in any state.

The results of the 50 state corporation search will be posted shortly.

Interesting fact

As of today, if you google the search terms to include "Insight Publishing" and "Paisola", this blog appears on the first page.

Already noted on this blog is the fact that co-author of Insight Publishing's book, "Conversations on Success" Robert Paisola, was convicted of the possession of child pornography.

Paisola's web site updated

In the past few days I have been in contact with noted author Mr. Jack Canfield's organization regarding the Breakthrough to Success seminar posted at http://www.canfieldtrainings.com/ and the almost identical information posted at http://www.robertpaisola.com/.

It appeared, as you can see below, that both noted author Jack Canfield, and Robert Paisola, were conducting the Breakthrough to Success seminar at the same time and the same place. Particularly noteworthy is that both Mr. Canfield and Mr. Paisola promised that 90% of the training would be conducted by themself. To me, that was simply not logical. And, I found it difficult to believe that both Mr. Canfield and Mr. Paisola both had their books published in exactly 41 languages as was claimed on both websites.

Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has since update his website at http://www.robertpaisola.com/, removing the information about the Breakthrough to Success seminar entirely. Coincidence?

Will the real trainer conducting the Breakthrough to Success seminar, please stand up?

I wonder if this invalidates the "personal invitation" Uncle Normie received via email from Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola to attend the Breakthrough to Success seminar at no charge because I would be so "impressed" with him. That's another question I will need to pose to Mr. Canfield.

Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola, on one of his websites, claims to be the founder of the Conversations on Success book series, published by Insight Publishing.

I received an email from Insight Publishing which disputes the above claim made by Mr. Paisola...referring to it as a "typo". However, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has yet to correct his claim that he founded the Conversations on Success book series as he indicates on his website despite the fact he has been notified of this "typo."

I also have an email from Insight Publishing which confirms that Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola, who was convicted for the possession of child pornography, is indeed a contributor to Insight Publishing's Conversations on Success 5th Anniversay Edition, but that he did not create the series.

From reading Insight Publishing's website, it appears that part of the process of screening potential contributing authors to this book was the requirement of submitting a 100 word introduction bio. And, a 30 minute interview with Insight founder and president David Wright.

My guess is that the subject of being convicted for the possession of child pornography was never included in Mr. Paisol's bio submission. Therefore, Insight Publishing was unaware of it.

However, I assure you, they are very much aware of it now. I have emails confirming that fact and the fact that they are monitoring this blog.

Noted author Jack Canfield is conducting his Breakthrough to Success seminar at the Princess resort in Scottsdale AZ July 15-21. He claims he will provide one-on-one training for those persons in attendance.

Interesting enough, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola claims to be conducting his Breakthrough to Success seminar at the same location on the same days.

In fact, most of Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola's website promoting the Breakthrough to Success seminar is a verbatim copy of Jack Canfields website.

The question I will pose to Mr. Canfield is, if I sign up for the seminar at the Western Capital website, who will conduct my training. Mr. Canfield, or Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola?

Now, who actually was first to create the first 21 cent dinner and who is the liar?

Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola's authoring

Contrary to my posting yesterday, it appears from recent information I received from Insight Publishing, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola is indeed a contributing author to the book Conversations on Success, 5th Anniversary Edition.

Of course, I will be one of the first in line to purchase the book when, and if, it becomes available. That would only be prudent considering Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola's felony conviction and imprisonment for violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014, False Statement to a Financial Institution. I want to make sure everything he states in the book is indeed his own work, not plagarized from someone else, or in any way false and misleading.

So now the question becomes one of why he chose the particular photo of himself for his "promotional copy" of the book?

Why didn't he use the one of himself featured on the Utah Sex Offender Registry? Seems a nice enough photo. But, guess that's his call.

The next question would be if other co-authors of the book, such as the distinguised Dr. John Gray, are aware they are collaborating on a publication with someone convicted and imprisoned for the possession of child pornography.

Perhaps Dr. Gray is unaware that Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola's "promotional copy" of the book has him pictured right next to a convicted felon. Perhaps he is aware and doesn't care. I suppose that is a question I should pose to Dr. Gray.

It seems to me Insight Publishing would also pose the same question to Dr. Gray to see if he minds his picture positioned next to someone convicted of the possession of child pornography. But, that's their call.

I look at it this way. If I were co-authoring a book, I certainly wouldn't want my picture displayed next to, say, OJ Simpson who might be collaborating on the same book.
