Ripoff report

Seems I have an email somewhere from Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola claiming he and a group of "investors" were looking to purchase http://www.ripoffreport.com/
What happened Rob? Guess $35 for a coaching session doesn't go too far.
35 bucks! Maybe Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola should have negotiated a whole 37 bucks and then he'd be able to increase the court ordered amount he is paying as restitution to certain financial institutions vicitmized by his fraudulent credit applications.
Why would someone so "successful" need to falsify loan applications?

Threats of arrest
Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has threatened Uncle Normie with arrest. He's threatened Uncle Normie with lawsuits. He's even threated that Uncle Normie will be "taken down" by the Soviets. (There is no more Soviet Union you friggin idiot).
Let's review the facts. Something Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola is apparently unfamiliar with.
Because of his perceived issues relative to the internet, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola would need to sue Uncle Normie in Federal Court. Otherwise, any such a case would be dismissed on jurisdictional grounds. There has been no suit filed against Uncle Normie in Federal Court. For that matter, no suit has been filed against Uncle Normie in either Utah or Arizona.
In fact, court records reveal that Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has never sued anyone in Federal Court. Though, he himself has been the subject of numerous Federal suits. (Pay that Ameriprise judgment against you yet Rob?)
Arrest? Yeah right, you friggin moron.
The Russian government has no jurisdiction over Uncle Normie. Though you couldn't find your ass with both hands, let me help you. I'm an American citizen, and I reside in the US. My rights, including my constitutional right of free speech, as well as my personal freedom, are protected against foriegn entities by the US Government.

Jessica Lunsford update
Today, convicted sex offender, John Evander Couey, was found guilty of murder, kidnapping, sexual assault and burglary in the abduction and death of 9-year-old Jessica Lunsford.
The above article indicates Couey could receive the death penalty.
It is this author's position that not only should Couey receive the death penalty, it should be a slow and painful death. At the very least, duplicating the manner in which poor little Jessica died.

A thought just occurred to me
Filing a false police report, or falsely claiming authorities are involved in a matter in an effort to coerce someone to do something, or not do something, is either a misdemeanor or a felony. Depending upon the jurisdiction and the circumstances. (Hopefully you would have a tape recording of such coercion.)
Let's say circumstances dictate it's a felony in that particular jurisdiction. Let's further assume the person guilty of this felony lives in a Three Strike state like Utah and has two prior felony convictions.
Utah law allows them to be sentenced to life imprisonment upon conviction of a third felony.

A few months ago, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola was purchasing google adsense links so that when someone googled the term "Creditwrench" Paisola's link would appear on the first page. Apparently in an effort to sell his services to those being hounded by collectors.

Interesting, considering the email that I received from Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola on Oct 22, 2006 when he attempted to recruit my help in his failed effort to extort money from International Profit Associates.

Even though, as court papers in the lawsuit by International Profit Associates against Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola reveal, Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola has no assets.
Is that Paisola's definition of the success he teaches? No assets, just judgments.
